It does not work!

No way to make it working if your iTunes library is not in the standard place. It does not find automatically the library and the way to set another location is really hidden.
Even if you find it, then you have a sequel of errors due to access privilege. However all the other simile probrams work fine (i.e. there is not any access problem).

No answer from the support.
