Get Permissions stops the

When I run Tunes Cleaner (v. 3.2.2) and select “Start to Clean iTunes”, it searches my iTunes directory then stops, and shows me 5 live stream items than says "5song(s) no permission, click Get Permission to authority and fix them.” When I click on the folder in front of Get Permission for each item, a directory window opens and there is no instruction about what to select and open. Searching for help, this is message is on the Leawo Support site:

How to “Get permission” :Please click the folder icon before“Get permission” and set the folder to be the same as the directory before“Get Permission”, click “open” button to authorize the folder for scanning.

This makes no sense and there is no further help about what to do to get permission to proceed. I am pretty frustrated with the lack of support online, or blogs with help to solve this issue. I have sent a message to the publisher and hope to get some clear advice about how to proceed with the review of my iTunes directory. I am going to ask for a refund if I don’t get a prompt response from the publisher.
